For my daughter’s sweet sixteen party, I wanted her cake to be unique from the others. The idea of baking a layered cake did not really make an impact on me. I would rather do something more complicated than this. I decided that I would make her cake special by making 16 cupcakes. I would arrange it on a cascading metal holder that will make its presentation perfect.
I baked her 16 delicious vanilla cupcakes which was her favourite. Since she wanted a princess theme for her party, decorating the cupcakes were easy. There is a lot of cupcake decorating tips on the internet which helped me a lot. The cupcakes were filled with flowers, butterflies and crowns which were unique for each cupcake. For me, the best way to decorate the cakes was by using butter cream icing. These were easy to control and it just tasted great!
My daughter was very grateful for the cupcakes that I baked her. She said that she was the luckiest daughter to have a mom like me. I have never felt this appreciated as a mother in my whole life. I never knew that this would end this way. I would do anything just to make her happy.
